This is great! I made it for my pasta but I am sure it would be tasty on fish, chicken, tofu and anything else your imagination comes up with. Ingredients:
fistful of cilantro-cleaned, leaves removed from stems |
2-3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1-2 cloves of garlic |
2 thin strips of lemon rind |
1 full squeeze from fresh lemon |
1 handful of pine nuts |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the olive oil into a food processor and blend 2. Slowly add the olive oil until blended |
