Ingredients:
2 cups unfiltered apple cider |
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar |
3 tablespoons unsalted butter |
2 teaspoons cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Boil ingredients with 1/8 teaspoon salt in a small heavy saucepan until reduced to 1 cup, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool to warm. |
