Ingredients:
2 small eating apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
6 whole cloves
1 (4-inch) cinnamon stick
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 small orange, juiced
1 bottle hudson valley farmhouse cider
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove cloves and cinnamon stick and serve warm.
