1 cup apple cider |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
10 lemon slices |
Directions:
1. Combine apple cider, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a small saucepan, and stir with a wire whisk until blended. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Serve sauce warm. |
