Cider Heaven (Cider and Rum over Ice) |

I had some cider left from a recipe (FTs 18th century drunken chicken) and a small amount of dark rum. I tried a homemade pina colada with the rum, didn't work-then I poured myself a glass of the hard cider, added rum and fell in love. Ingredients:
2 1/2 ounces cider (6% alcohol) |
1 ounce dark rum (or more lol) |
ice |
Directions:
1. Fill glass with ice, old fashioned or the sort in my pic; add the cider and then the rum. Stir, don't shake, sit back and enjoy.
2. This is GOOD.
