Serve this with Spiced Apple Rings, Baked Acorn Squash and Fresh green beans.This came from National Pork Board. I have not tried this just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
3 1/2-6 lbs fully cooked ham |
1 cup apple cider |
4 teaspoons cornstarch |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Place ham in shallow roasting pan in oven. 3. In small saucepan combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring until thickened. 4. Pour over ham in oven and baste ham occasionally with this mixture until ham is heated through, about 45 minutes to an hour. |
