Chutney n' Carrot Filling |

From today's Weekend magazine. Ingredients:
1 cup carrot, grated |
2 cups fresh coriander leaves |
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves |
4 green chilies, to taste |
salt |
1/2 teaspoon lime juice, to taste |
Directions:
1. Spread a spoonful of chutney evenly over each crepe. 2. Sprinkle 1-2 tbsps of carrots over chutney. 3. Fold the crepe into the desired shape. 4. Repeat the same procedure with all the crepes. |
