This recipe was loosley adapted from something similar in Bon Appetit. This would work well with spinach or salad greens with some fruit or cheese added Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chutney |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh |
2 tablespoons water |
2 large garlic, minced |
3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend. |
