This is great as a sandwich or on top of salad greens Ingredients:
1/4 cup slivered almonds |
1/4 cup mango chutney |
2 tbls. mayo |
1 tsp. curry powder |
2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped |
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved |
Directions:
1. Bake almonds 350, single layered on a baking sheet for 5 minutes 2. Combine chutney, mayo, and curry powder until mixed well 3. Add chicken, grapes and almonds and mix gently 4. Put on your favorite bread or mixed greens |
