Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 medium onion, diced |
1 tablespoon chopped garlic |
1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a medium pot heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for another 15 minutes. |
