1 avocado, cubed |
3 plum tomatoes, chopped |
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro |
2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Gentrly stir ingredients together. 2. cover and refrigerate overnight. |
