A great salsa that goes well with chips, meals, or even by itself! My family loves it. :) Ingredients:
6 large, ripe tomatoes, chopped |
3 jalapeƱos, minced (so no one gets a huge bite of spiciness) |
1/2 large red onion, minced |
2 small garlic cloves, minced |
1 large bell pepper, chopped |
1/2 tsp. sea salt |
1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
1/4 tsp. dried, crushed red pepper |
1/8 tsp. (dash) worchesteshire sauce |
1 red sweet pepper, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in large (non-aluminum/other metal) bowl. Mash with wooden spoon, potato masher, or other utensil. Do not get overeager! 2. Let sit (covered) overnight to meld flavors together. Enjoy! |
