Found this on a can of Del Monte sliced carrots, not tried, but sounds good. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic |
1 cup broken uncooked egg noodles |
1 stalk sliced celery |
2 (14 ounce) cans chicken or 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth |
1 (14 ounce) can sliced carrots, drained |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except carrots in large pot. 2. Cover and simmer 10-12 minutues. 3. Add carrots and simmer 5 more minutes. 4. Serve. |
