Ingredients:
4 avocados |
1 cilantro (big handful, fresh and finely chopped) |
extra virgin olive oil |
freshly ground pepper |
1 clove(s) garlic (minced) |
kosher salt |
3 limes (juiced) |
1/2 red onion (chopped) |
2 serrano chiles (thinly sliced) |
Directions:
1. Halve and pit the avocadoes. Scoop out the flesh with a tablespoon into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados with a fork, leaving them somewhat chunky. Add the remaining ingredients, and fold everything together to gently mix. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate one hour before serving. |
