Chunky Guacamole

A must try. I've been told that it's better than authentic guacamole.
Ingredients:
6 ripe avacados chopped
6 plum tomatoes chopped
1/2 red onion chopped
2 scallions chopped
2 large bulbs of garlic minced
juice of 1/2 lemon or juice of 1 whole lime
salt and pepper to taste
red pepper flakes to taste
emeril's essence to taste
hot sauce to taste
extra virgin olive oil to coat
Directions:
1. Mix the avocados, tomatoes, onion, scallions and garlic together.
2. Squeeze the juice of lemon or lime over all.
3. Add the next five ingredients to taste.
4. Drizzle with olive oil (about 1/4 cup) and toss.
5. Serve with tortilla chips.
