Preparation does not include 2 hour marinating time. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package frozen cooked crayfish tails, thawed |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 medium green pepper, finely chopped |
1 medium sweet red pepper, finely chopped |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
6 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2-1 teaspoon creole seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
6 -12 drops tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Chop crawfish, pat dry. 2. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheesse. Add the peppers, onion, garlic, Creole seasoning, salt, and hot pepper sauce; stir in the crawfish. 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 4. Serve with crackers. |
