Chunky Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
3 1/2 pounds whole chicken
2 cups celery ; chopped
1 teaspoon celery seed ; (optional)
1 pound baby carrots
1 cup onion ; chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
1/4 cup chicken soup base with fat
1 tablespoon parsley
Directions:
1. In a large pot with enough water to cover chicken, boil whole chicken in pot for about 1 hour.
2. Remove chicken and allow to cool.
3. Debone and cut into bite size pieces, return to juice, then add rest of ingredients.
4. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to medium low for 2 hours, or until carrots and celery are soft.
5. Cook noodles separate and place in bowl pour soup over.
