Ingredients:
4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast |
1/3 cup light mayonnaise |
1/4 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese |
2 green onions, chopped |
2 celery ribs, chopped |
2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
garnish: celery leaves |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill 2 hours. Garnish, if desired. 2. Note: For testing purposes only, we used BelGioioso Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese. |
