Chunky Chicken Parmesan Salad

Ingredients:
4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
2 green onions, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
garnish: celery leaves
Directions:
1. Stir together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill 2 hours. Garnish, if desired.
2. Note: For testing purposes only, we used BelGioioso Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese.
