Just what is says, rich and something to bite into. Ingredients:
10 ounces very dark chocolate |
7 ounces unsalted butter |
3 eggs |
7 ounces light muscovado sugar |
3 ounces self raising flour |
6 ounces walnuts |
7 ounces milk chocolate, chopped |
Directions:
1. Melt dark chocolate. 2. Add the butter to the chocolate; stir until combined. 3. Beat the eggs and muscovado sugar; add to the melted mixture. 4. Stir in the flour. 5. Stir in the walnuts. 6. Stir in the chopped milk chocolate. 7. Turn into a greased 11 x 8 inch tin and level out. 8. Bake gas 5 until the centre is firm on top but soft underneath. 9. Leave to cool. 10. Cut into 18 squares. 11. Cooking time is approximate. 12. Enjoy. |
