I picked up this recipe card at the grocery store. I haven't had a chance to make it yet but sounds like a delicious topping for Tex-Mex food. Ingredients:
3 avocados, peeled and chopped |
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 small onion, minced |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Stir all the ingredients together. 2. Chill. |
