These cookies are great to make with the kiddies, they are so quick and easy to make and they just melt in your mouth. Ingredients:
2c soft, unsalted butter |
1c superfine or fruit sugar |
31/2c flour |
1/2c cornstarch |
2 (100g) bars toblerone |
milk chocolate, chopped |
icing sugar for dusting |
Directions:
1. Oven 350F. 2. Beat butter and sugar until very light and fluffy. 3. Combine flour and cornstarch and gradually add to butter mixture, mixing until blended. Stir in chocolate. 4. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets about 1 apart. 5. Bake 20-25mins. or until lightly browned. 6. Cool 5mins. then dust with icing sugar. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. |
