Ingredients:
2 can(s) refried beans |
2 cup(s) shredded mexican-blend cheese |
1-2 jar(s) picante sauce pace is in the recipe--1-2 jars depends on consistency of dip. |
2 whole(s) yellow or vidalia onions diced |
1 1/2 cup(s) cilantro finely diced |
Directions:
1. Mix refried beans, onions, cilantro together, add the cheese. Mix well. Start adding the picante sauce until your desired consistency is reached (some people like thicker bean dip; others, a little thinner). 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 3. Serve with chips, celery, pita, and/or baby carrots. |
