2 lbs chuck roast |
2 tablespoons garlic (minced) |
2 tablespoons oil |
11 1/4 fluid ounces dark beer (guinness) |
1 (2 ounce) package onion soup mix (lipton) |
2 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. Fry the garlic and the meat with the oil until brown in a medium pot. 2. Mix beer, soup mix and salt in a blender. 3. Pour it on top of the meat and let it simmer for about 2 hours, turn the meat every 1/2 hour. |
