This is a recipe created by my daughter, Christylle. It is a simple, economical casserole that feeds a hungry crowd. Her Daddy said, Make sure she writes this one down! Great for a pitch-in or family gathering. Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups cooked pasta |
2 lbs ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup, undiluted |
2 (15 ounce) cans green beans, drained |
2 (7/8 ounce) packages brown gravy mix |
3/4 cup milk |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Brown beef and onion together. 2. Combine all ingredients (except cheese); mix well. 3. Place in LARGE casserole dish. 4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350* F. 5. Top with cheddar; bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese melts. |
