Sausage and Egg dish that you prepare the night before, refrigerate overnight, and cook in the morning. Ingredients:
12 ounces sausage |
3 slices bread, torn into pieces |
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese |
6 eggs |
1 cup milk |
salt |
pepper |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. 1. brown sausage, drain, cool. 2. 2. coat a 2 qt baking dish with cooking spray, layer bread, then sausage, then monterey jack cheese. 3. 3. whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl and pour over contents in baking dish. 4. 4. top with cheddar cheese, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. 5. 5. in morning, heat oven to 325, remove plastic wrap and back for 40 to 45 minutes. |
