May serve this tentalizing spread with cream cheese, gourmet crackers, or meat. Either way it's yummy! Ingredients:
16oz. can jellied whole cranberry sauce |
3/4c. sugar |
1/4c. white vinegar |
1tbs. minced fresh ginger |
1/4tsp. ground cinnamon |
1/8tsp. ground allspice |
1/8tsp. pepper |
1tbs. all-purpose flour |
2tbs. water |
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Stir together flour and water until smooth; add to cranberry mixture. 2. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. 3. Remove from heat; cool. 4. Store ketchup in an airtight container in refrigerator. |
