We use this every holiday for our Christmas ham. It is delightful. Hopefully you will think the same! Ingredients:
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans or bottles beer |
2/3 cup dark brown sugar |
3 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
1 teaspoon ground cloves (optional) |
Directions:
1. Whisk beer, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, orange juice concentrate, and cloves in a bowl until sugar has dissolved. |
