Ingredients:
3/4 pound(s) sausage
6 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cup(s) milk
2 slice(s) bread cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar
3/4 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
dash of pepper
Directions:
1. In skillet cook sausage until browned; drain well. Combine eggs, milk, bread cubes, cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Add sausage. Pour into greased 8 x 1 1/2 inch round baking dish. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven about 45 minutes or til nearly set in center. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 4-6 servings.
