Ingredients:
1 pound(s) fresh backfin crabmeat |
2 teaspoon(s) seafood seasoning, such as phillips |
2 8-ounce package(s) softened cream cheese |
2/3 cup(s) mayonnaise |
2 teaspoon(s) prepared mustard |
2 tablespoon(s) dry minced onion |
2 teaspoon(s) chopped dry parsley flakes |
1 dash(es) garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Place cream cheese on counter top until soft. Or microwave on defrost setting until softened. 2. Blend Phillips seafood seasoning, prepared mustard, dry minced onion, dry parsley flakes and garlic powder in small bowl and set aside. 3. In large mixing bowl mix mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth. 4. Add blended dry spices to the cream cheese/mayo mixture and mix well. 5. Gently add fresh crabmeat and stir until well mixed. 6. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. 7. Top your favorite cracker with the crab dip and enjoy. |
