With the red cake and the green nuts this cake looks very festive. It is also quite delicious Ingredients:
1 pkg cherry chip cake mix |
1 cup water |
1 tbsp red food colouring |
1/2 cup chopped pistacios |
1/3 cup butter |
1/4 cup honey |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. In a large bowl, beat all of the ingredients until they are well blended. Pour batter in 2 well greased loaf pans. and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
3. Top with your favorate frosting
4. This cake freezes well
