Christmas Cheesecake Cups |

This is a tweaked version of a sweet roll my Mommer is famous for giving as Christmas gifts. Ingredients:
1 pkg crescent roll dough |
1- 8oz pkg cream cheese |
1 egg yolk |
1t. flour |
1/3c. sugar |
1/2t. vanilla |
1/2 pkg of mini chocolate chips |
maraschino cherries |
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat the Oven to 350, and grease a mini muffin pan. 2. 2.Open up the can of rolls, do not seperate, lay out on your counter and roll out into a rectangle making sure to seal all the perforations. 3. 3. Slice into 4 strip lengthwise, then 6 across so that you have 24 small squares. 4. 4. Press each square into a your mini muffin pan. 5. 5. Beat together the Cream cheese & Sugar, add the egg & vanilla, mix well. Then sprinkle in the flour while mixing. 6. 6. Mix in the Chocolate chips. Use a mini scoop about a T. of filling in each cup. 7. 7. Bake in preheated for 10-15 min. Top each cup with a maraschino half. |
