Sounded so good, couldn't resist posting it, from the local newspaper. Ingredients:
4 ounces eggnog |
2 ounces hot fresh espresso |
1/2 ounce sambuca romana (optional) |
1/2 ounce advocaat (egg liqueur) |
whipped cream |
cinnamon or nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Steam the eggnog until it is doubled in volume. 2. Pour eggnog into a tempered Christmas glass or mug. 3. Pour espresso gently down the side of the glass into the steamed/frothed eggnog. 4. Dust with cinnamon or nutmeg. |
