Low-calorie pasta bake full of summer veggies Ingredients:
6 ounces spaghetti, dry, enriched |
1 large (16-grams) squash, zucchini, baby |
3 ounces grated cheese |
14 ounces stewed tomatoes |
1 cup green beans |
2 cloves garlic |
1 cup summer squash |
1 cup yellow onion |
1/2 cup mushrooms |
16 ounces chicken, boneless, skinless |
Directions:
1. Cook all vegetables together in a pot until they soften. 2. Cook chicken in skillet until well done. 3. When vegetables and chicken are done put them in a large glass baking dish. 4. Break up the spaghetti and mix in with the veggies and chicken. 5. Pour the stewed tomatoes on top, fill up the tomatoe can with water and pour that on top as well. 6. Place the glass baking dish with ingredients in the oven and bake on 350 degrees farenheit for 30 minutes. 7. Remove pasta bake from the oven 8. sprinkle on the grated cheese and place pasta bake in the oven for another 5 mins or until cheese melts. 9. Remove pasta bake from the oven and serve. |
