I hate plain scrambled eggs, so I make these for my future hubby and me. I came up with this recipe after reading several other scrambled egg recipes. This is just a rough guess you can add whatever amount you want. We always add milk to our eggs to make them fluffy like the restaurants.
Ingredients:
2 -4 tablespoons butter
1/2-1 green pepper, diced
1/2-1 onion, diced
1/2-1 teaspoon minced garlic
milk
6 eggs, beaten with milk
1 -2 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Melt butter in pan. Saute green pepper, and onion till tender. Add garlic saute until lightly golden.
2. Add beaten eggs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and stir to mix.
3. Scramble until eggs are completely cooked.
