1 Hungry Girl recipe = 3.4 wwpt s Ingredients:
1/3 cup oats |
1/4 cup blueberries |
3 tbsp egg whites |
1 tbsp non-fat milk |
1 tbsp non-fat cottage cheese |
1 tbsp flour |
2 tbsp water |
1 salt (pinch) |
1 oz soy protein |
1 oz mrs butterworths sugar free syrup |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except for the blueberries and stir until well mixed. 2. Gently fold in blueberries. 3. In a skillet sprayed with nonfat spray, drop batter into pan to form 3 small pancakes or 1 large pancake. 4. Once pancake'(s) begin to look solid , (about 3 minutes), gently flip (if possible, re-spritz the pan with nonstick spray as you flip'em to prevent sticking). 5. Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until both sides are lightly browned and insides are cooked through. 6. Now plate those suckers and enjoy. 7. Serves 1.....(Pssst...we like'em drizzled with sugar free maple syrup!) |
