I came up with this french toast recipe when I promised the my niece and newphews french toast and forgot we were out of milk. My niece and newphews loved this and asked for more. Ingredients:
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
4 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
7 slices white bread |
butter |
Directions:
1. Whisk together evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla extract, till combined. 2. Dip the bread in the milk mix the bread one slice at a time until each slice is completely coated. 3. Fry in butter until browned. |
