I improvise with this one a lot (sometimes I use salsa instead of tomatoes), but you can't go wrong no matter what you do! Ingredients:
4 avocados |
1 lime, juice of |
1/2 medium red onion |
1 garlic, minced |
1 tomato |
1/4 cup cilantro (chopped finely) |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Halve an pit avocados. 2. Scoop out avocados w/ tablespoon into bowl. 3. Mash until soft but still chunky. 4. Add everything else. 5. Mix. 6. Serve chilled or at room temperature. |
