I went to a restaurant in Adelaide and had a dip platter. I tried to reproduce all of the things I could taste. It turned out delicious! Ingredients:
250 g cream cheese |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
2 teaspoons garlic |
3 eggs, cooked, diced |
1/2 cup cucumber, grated |
salt and pepper |
1 cup bacon, chopped, cooked |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, cooked eggs, cucumber, salt and pepper. 2. At the end mix in the cooked bacon. 3. Makes a good quantity. 4. I make my own pita triangles to serve with it; just delicious. Cut pita bread into triangles with scissors; coat with olive oil and garlic salt; place on an oven tray in a 200 degree Celsius oven for about 10 to 15 minutes. |
