Man oh man is this bread good... This is a dessert bread. Bread is very moist with FABULOUS flavor and texture... It couldn't be any better... The best dessert bread I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Thanks Chris! I can tell you, this is one recipe not to be overlooked... It really is incredible! Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 cup cooking oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1/2 cup coconut |
2 bananas, mashed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Grease and flour 2 9x5 loaf pans. 3. Combine flour, soda, sugar, salt, and nuts in mixing bowl, and blend by hand. 4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 5. Bake at 350, for 1 hours in 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans. |
