I have been making this chicken salad for years and haven't found one I like better yet. Ingredients:
2 cups chicken breasts, without skin chopped |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
3/8 cup green onion, sliced |
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional) |
1/4-1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
1/8-1/4 cup light sour cream |
3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon celery salt |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and chill. |
