Chowchow is a spicy mixture of chopped and pickled vegetables usually including green tomatoes, onions, and sweet and hot peppers. Look for it on the pickle aisle, or use homemade. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chowchow |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Stir together chowchow and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 2 days. 2. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Braswell's Mild Chow Chow. |
