All I can say is YUMMY! Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips |
1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips |
1 (4 ounce) can chow mein noodles (dry) |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
1 cup flaked coconut |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips. 2. Mix noodles, walnuts and coconut. 3. Pour melted chips over. 4. Mix well. 5. Place by spoonful on waxed paper. 6. Refrigerate to harden. 7. Makes 4 dozen cookies. 8. These should be stored in the refrigerator as they tend to become sticky at room temperature. |
