A holiday favorite! Yummy and easy! Ingredients:
1 lb chocolate almond bark |
1/4 cup raisins |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 can chow mein noodles |
1/2 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. Melt almond bark in microwave. 2. Heat at 1 minute intervals, until smooth. 3. Add rest of ingredients to bowl of melted almond bark. 4. Drop by spoonfuls to form mounds on waxed paper and cool. |
