This is one of my husbands most favorite topping for hotdogs and burgers. Ingredients:
12 green peppers |
12 red peppers |
6 white onions |
1 head cabbage |
6 stalks celery |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon celery seed |
1 teaspoon mustard seeds |
1 teaspoon ground cloves |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1 teaspoon ground parsley |
salt |
1/4 teaspoon allspice |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
1 quart white vinegar |
Directions:
1. Dice vegetables small. 2. Mix all ingredients Well. 3. Boil 30 minutes. |
