I am posting this recipe to go with the Paella dish that I will post later. The prep time is just for mixing and not stuffing the mixture. You can use this recipe for any recipe calling for Chorizo unstuffed. Ingredients:
1 lb ground lean pork |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 garlic clove (crushed) |
1 teaspoon oregano |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Cook with scrambled eggs or use in Paella. |
