An easy recipe. makes 30 Ingredients:
225 g puff pastry, defrosted |
115 g/ 4oz chorizo sausage |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 230C. 2. Slice chorizo 5mm ( 1/4 inch thick). 3. Roll out the pastry on a floured surface 3mm ( 1/8 inch ) thick. 4. Stamp out rounds so that they are slightly larger than the chorizo. 5. Enclose a chorizo slice between 2 pastry rounds brushed with egg, then seal with the edges with a fork . 6. Chill until ready to bake. 7. Arrange on baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake 7 minutes until puffed and golden. |
