Chorizo is Mexican sausage and very easy to make. Recipe comes from my Cruising Cuisine cookbook. Ingredients:
1 lb ground lean pork |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons chili powder (to taste) |
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped |
2 teaspoons oregano |
1 teaspoon cumin |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Chill before using. |
