An Atkins Induction friendly recipe. Very hearty brunch dish featuring spicy sausage and creamy goat cheese. Ingredients:
6 egg |
1/4 cupwhipped heavy cream |
1/4 cupalmond milk original |
2 chorizo sausages |
2 tomatoes |
3/4 cupgreen olives |
4 ozgoat cheese |
5 stalkfresh green onions |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a square casserole with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Whisk eggs and cream together. 3. Thinly slice the sausage. Thickly slice the tomatoes. Dice the green onion. 4. Cook chorizo in a small frying pan until crisp. Drain well. 5. Toss the tomato, onion, sausage, olives and cheese into the casserole. Pour the egg mixture over top. 6.
