1 chorizo tube (pork has more flavor in my opinion)
1/2 fist full chopped cilantro
1/2 onion (red)
1 clove garlic
dash pepper/salt (optional)
group 2
1 dozen beatened eggs with a touch of milk

1. 1. spray pan with pan 2. 2. mix group one ingredients and cook until choritzo is all melted... 3. 3. Fold in Group 2 ingredients and cook until soft and fluffy... (should look somewhat scrambled) 4. 4. serve warm flour tortillas or white rice
