Ingredients:
1 c red cabbage, shredded
1 c napa cabbage, shredded
1 c raw baby spinach, chopped
1 c endive, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c lemon juice
1 tbsp flax oil
1 can tuna in water
1 cayenne to taste
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, drizzle with lemon juice and flax oil.
