Fat-Flush-friendly lunch salad. Ingredients:
1 c red cabbage, shredded |
1 c napa cabbage, shredded |
1 c raw baby spinach, chopped |
1 c endive, chopped |
1 stalk celery, chopped |
1/4 c lemon juice |
1 tbsp flax oil |
1 can tuna in water |
1 cayenne to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, drizzle with lemon juice and flax oil. |
